TRAININGS
Basketball skill development through training sessions is at the core of the programmes provided by the club. We run 3 sessions every Sunday, each catering to different age groups. The format of each session is:

Warm up incorporating incremental running and dynamic stretching.

Drills developing core basketball skills.

Scrimmages to apply these skills in game-like situations.
PRIMARY
Year 1 - 5
Key focus of the session is the fundamental basics of basketball and movement as well as making it fun.
When: Sundays 3:00pm to 4:00pm

INTERMEDIATE
Year 6 - 8
In this session the group progresses to more advanced drills whilst still focusing on fundamental skills. Also starting to apply development in game situations.
When: Sundays 4:00pm to 5:30pm

COLLEGE PLUS
There is a marked increase in the intensity level in this group with which drills are run and then applying these skills in games.
When: Sundays 5:30pm to 7:30pm
